Guages for CraigHardy

Im on the 4th batch for those dash kits....wondering what everyone is planning to put in them....

I like the Defi guages but they seem expensive.....

Do they have to be a certain depth to fit in this kit?

I need ones that fit (prefferably 60mm), LED's or backlit, dont need a control device (Dlink???

Id like EGT, Boost (PSI) and I really would like a Air Fuel.... not trying to spend more than $300-400 on the guages

ANY suggestions????

I have Defi BF. They are a bit more expensive but I think that they are worth every dime.
You hook up controller 2 and that's it, no need to route power wires to every gauge and therefore do multiple wire taps etc.
Plus you get extra features with those, you can set every gauge warn value and you get an audible alarm if you exceed it, you can record your driving for 3 minutes (very useful) and replay it later.
As a side extra, they look and feel expensive.
My $0.02

The Defi BF fits perfectly...and looks good with the silver bezel. What is nice about them is that they daisy chain so once they are in, there is no messing with them. You hook up all the sensors to the control box instead. I just started my install this weekend and got the boost working, but need to do the EGT and Oil Temp.

If you dont go with Defi, try to limit yourself to gauges that are at least 1 to 1.5 inches thin. Anything after that and I think you might have to trim some on the right side under the panel. Nothing drastic if you did however as no one will see it.

I got mine from Adam at Z1auto! Great vendor!
