First turbo car / running rich issue

I bought. My first turbo car which is my rally red 03 evo 8. Ive been trying go solve my check engine light. It gives me code p0172 which im running rich. The car stutters at higher rpms. I changed both o2 sensors, my afr is at a constant 14-15. Got a new maf (ima go speed density soon). My injectors are working as well. I have no exhaust leak. Any ideas that may help ? I noticed that my intercooler has a bug dent on the back. May that be an issue ?

Congrats and welcome. I would recommend you do a boost leak test. You can search and find all the info you need on how to do that yourself (If you have a compressor). You can buy a tool or make one yourself from typical hardware store stuff.

Is your afr gauge mounted and reading right? Because that's obviously not rich.
If your wideband is reading normal, then your O2 should be. Doesn't make sense.

Yea it is. When i first installed it. 8 was getting a 16+, i later noticed i was missing an 02 to downpipe spring and bolt so i replaced both. And i then was getting a 14-15. It does sometime dip down to 18.
