rpm drops down with cold engine (drown)

Some specs about the car: its an EVO 8, with EcuMaster ECU, a bit bigger turbo, racing sparkplugs and bigger ngk resistors, better fuel pump, EGR deleted, full opened exhaust etc..
If i starting the car, its starts to idle on about 500-600rpms. While the engine not heated enough the rpm is this low. When its warmed up the idle is 900rpm stable.
But if i do anything on the car for example turn the steering wheel left or right, while its cold and the idle is around 500-600 the car is choking hard. If i do a little gas pedal push and just release the pedal the rpm falls below 500rpm (so it starts 500rpm, i push gas and after release the pedal it falling under 500rpm while it drops back and engine choking again and everything shaking in the car). So i can parking and move the car in the garden only if i leave my leg on the gas and make 1500rpm, playing with the rpms while it want to fall i make more push on gas. Its annoying when i just rolling out of the garage by car for warm it up, or just I park elsewhere on the backyard, and i think its not healthy for the engine and for anything.

The 500rpm warm up is not OK im sure about it. It needs to be around 1500-2000rpms when i starting the car. I changed IACV, did a Leak test, checked all the sensors, and all i checked is okay.

I starting to think that the tune is bad on the ecumaster ecu, i bought the car with this thing.

Any idea, advice, or experience about this problem? (before i strew more money unnecessarily)

the stock ecu has additional tables which add ICV duty when you turn the steering wheel or turn on the AC. I think the tune on your ECU is bad and/or it doesnt support this functionality
