Grimspeed Boost Controller not responding?

Hopefully posted this in the right place. I have a stock Evo IX Turbo that I am getting tuned. However the tuner indicates that my Grimspeed 3-port is not responding to changes he is making.

He had tuned me previously on flex-fuel and was working fine. However I had some issues with my Low-Z PTE 1000cc Injectors. So I changed them to High-Z 1200CC FIC. This is what prompted a re-tune.

Tuner states two things could possibly be wrong
  1. Something is wrong with the EBC (Grimspeed)
  2. Something is wrong with the WGA
Granted before all this, it was all working fine.

Changes made:
  • Upgraded to 1200CC FIC High-Z Injectors
  • Removed silencer off exhaust
I did perform a boost leak test and found one of the injectors were leaking. So I reseated them and fixed the leak. No further boost leaks. So I am kind of at a loss. Turner says WGDC at a much lower value did 26PSI on my Evo IX turbo. Now it's stuck on 20PSI.

Mods are:
Speed Density - AIT Sensor
FIC 1200 High Z Injectors
Megan Exhaust
3-port Grimspeed EBC
ETS Frontmount

Currently trying to tune 93 before jumping on to E85. But can't get passed this stuck on max 20PSI boost even at max. I am maybe thinking the WGA somehow lost it's tension possibly. But other than that I am out of ideas. Posted a log of my last pull:

Update:

Unplugged the WGA vacuum. Definitely spiked to 30 PSI VERY quickly. So this narrows it down to the boost controller I would think. very bizarre because it was working before.

Edit: - 4:22 PM
So I am attaching a log that shows me boosting all the way up to 30PSI. So this should rule out my WGA being the issue. So my next question is how can I test to make sure my Grimspeed 3-port is working? I have the vacuum lines exactly as required in their diagram. I luckily have a shop next to me that sells them locally. But another $120 on a EBC that only lasted slightly over a year is a bummer. I will note again after the log, I did put the Grimmspeed 3-port back on and boost levels went straight back down to 18-20PSI.

Edit: 7:02 PM
Is there any way I can test my current Grimspeed 3-Port to ensure it is working? I'm actually hoping it's a faulty unit versus is being some lingering wiring issue that just appeared.

if all worked fine...

you changed injectors... and now it doesnt work.

then i would bet something happened during the work.

i forget the route of the boost control wires, but maybe you got one broke.

can always test back to the ecu to confirm continuity.

Jump the solenoid with 12 v you should hear it click or feel it. Also run direct boost line to the wga to verify it runs wastegate boost

Also one of the chassis side boost control is switch to ground meaning the other one should be hot with key on.. check to be sure but you can test that.

So I purchased another Grimmspeed 3-port. No dice. Car still doesn't go passed 18PSI.

Also run direct boost line to the wga to verify it runs wastegate boost
I ran the car with the boost line disconnected and it spiked to 30 PSI. So I don't think the WGA is the issue. However I will try running it with it directly going to boost source. Right now my boost source from the Evo IX Turbo itself consist of a T going to the synapse bypass valve and Boost Controller itself.

This is my current vacuum / boost source setup.

It's just so bizarre. Before this I was on a nice E85 tune that would have me at almost 30PSI at times.

Update!

So out of desperation, I went ahead and loaded my previous tune (same tuner), and filled up with E85. The sucker kicks in and boosts with no issues! So I am a bit relieved, sort of. Because the tune isn't exactly meant for these injectors, I didn't push it much. But it does get all the way up to 34 PSI (which is 2 PSI higher than before. Though, I tuned with a silencer on before)

So I reached out to my tuner to see what he says next.

Posted log for those who are curious
