Hi all, I’m a newbie to these forums and I thought I’d ask here as I can’t find anything else on it.
I’ve had idle issues for the past few months and on doing research it seems to be down to the idle air control valve, however when I finally got around to removing it, 2 pieces metal were sat in the hole where the iacv was once I had taken it out. Has anybody had this before or know where they came from? Picture below The metal pieces found

I'd buy a new OEM IAC valve and start there.
From what I know, they're pretty much all plastic.
Thanks for the quick response. I believe my iacv is working properly now I’ve given it a clean up. I’m more concerned as to where the screw and other piece has come from was they were just lying in the hole where the iacv sits on the throttle body. One looks like some sort of banjo bolt and I have no idea about the other one.
