Correct gear oil for 5 speed

I'm having a lot of trouble getting a straight answer from shops about which gear oil to use in my evo 7 5 speed transmission

I've been told I must use GL5, I've been told I must not use GL5. I've been told I need the motul 300 LS, and not the motul 300. Then other places have told me I must use the 300 and not the 300 LS. I've called all the shops that claim to be evo experts and none of them seem to be able to agree on the correct response

Amsoil is one I see mentioned on this forum a lot. But it's fairly rare in my country, so no shops will comment on the correct type.

Can anyone confirm for me if this particular amsoil is the correct one for me to buy ?

It doesn't mention anywhere if it's GL4 or GL5

This one appears to be the same oil with a different label, but is significantly more expensive.
Yes I realise it's 2 bottles not just 1 bottle like the other add. But is still a lot more per bottle and the shipping is 4 times the price

gear 300 75W90... NOT LS

gear 300 LS is for the transfer box and rear diff (RS) or input ring and pinion part of the AYC DIFF

Thanks, Been looking for a more up to date fluids guide. Doesn't look like people really do a cocktail any more. Time to just do shockproof or Motul

Shock proof doesn't go in the trans. The dissolved solids will get centrifuged out of solution inside the shafts and clog stuff.
