Possible blown engine need suggestions for short block

If the engine is already removed and the block is going to be machined, you have every excuse to install an aftermarket rotating assembly. I think it would be silly not to. At the very least consider installing rods and pistons. If you really don't plan on aiming for high power then H-beam rods and 4032 pistons are a perfect budget combo.
