CLUTCH DISC vs FULL CLUTCH REPLACEMENT

what is the differance between the RMR clutch disc, and say.... any of the other clutches out there that are the complete clutch assembly? i was about to order the RMR clutch disc but i figured it'd be a good idea to know the diff. before i buy one of the 2. what are your thoughts and recomendations?

want to order asap please leave some advice

Ben the stock clutch disk is not the issue it is more the clamping force from the pressure plate. When you consider the labor cost to the replace just the disk you can quickly see it an unwise choice compared to going with an upgraded pressure plate disk set. There are some threads where the facts and figures are available on tests run by one of the clutch manufactures that posts to these boards. If you burned your clutch you may have sofened your flywheel as well.
