O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2), i know its out there but i'm looking at specifics, Technical data that sets this one off?

0bd2 is runing a systems check to make sure that you cat is working. If the front o2 has the same reading as the rear o2 it will trigger the CEL.
Now it happans when you are crusing. That's when OBD2 runs it system checks.
