Regarding PHILIPS, I'm not sure if they are selling different parts per territory. But in my experience, if you're upgrading to a HID, just buy the whole HB4 conversion kit (depending on your stock bulb, for the EVO 7 it is HB4) and I think there won't be any problem.

The harness between the normal lancers and evo are the same
