Warrender UK shows the fogs and HID driving lamps as optional on the Evo 7: http://www.warrender.co.uk/prices.htm#EVO7
I think the Japanese EVO 7 GSR is in HID and it also has a built in foglamps in the headlight assy (the third hole on the inner part of the headlight)
It will be better to upgrade to an aftermarket HID than buying the original from
The low beam is HB4, I think Philips has a complete conversion kit (w/ ballast), I just don't know if they are available in your country.
The thing I hate about HID is that when it rains, it's like driving w/o headlights.

Yes I can get some for you but I will have to check the prices first. Anybody who wants the HID conversion kit ("PHILIPS" brand - actually there are many other brands made in Taiwan and Korea but it's better we get it from a well-known company like Philips) for the EVO7, reply to this thread so that I know how many wants it so I can bargain it with my supplier. The more people interested, the more bargaining power we have.
I can get you guys "Plug-andPlay" HID kits from HIDPlus. Go to www.import-store.com ; my friend owns that place. I have it in my Lancer, and it seems to be working well. The BMW version is 6500k i think, but these are 7000k. Check out his site, and tell him Peter sent you.
but first we have to find out is the lancer headlight harness is the same as the EVO`S headlight harness.i shouldnt see why they will be different.but to be safe someone find out
