Transfercase is about to go boom i believe......??????HELP!

ok driving today my car decides it wants to start making a really high pitched whine.... this being 678miles after i just had a clutch installed....... Basically this whine consist of get the car up to about 45 and it starts making it and gets louder with speed..... about 75mph its loud enough it sounds like a fire siren........ If this breaks and it doesnt get covered under warranty as far as im concerned they can repo the ****ing car! My car is all stock....... sucks ***! i will never buy another mitsubishi!

Sounds like a lemon to me. (32k here, no problems, stock clutch + T-case)

That's definately your transfer case though

Bring it back to the dealer that installed the clutch. I'm sure they will get to the bottom of it for free! If I'm not mistaken, Lemon law applies to failure of the same part or problem 3 times or more. I think?
