RNR Racing-where are you Hey ryan i bought a turbo kit from you and after giving you my credit card number you can no longer be reached by phone.Ive been calling for 2 weeks and all i get is your answering machine.How about a little customer service.I recieved the kit but there are parts missing and i have a few questions.In fact im driving to ATP turbo today to get some parts that should have been in my kit.Check you PM's and email.

zeemax borrowed his car and told him they would give the bodykit to him for free, him being 24 and stupid , went ahead, yes they gave him the bodykit for free coz they wanted a donor m3 but they made their money back by charging him alot for the wheels 6k thats 11000 dollars i think and alot for the paintjob

Last I talked to Ryan last week, he said that they are extremely busy. He usually responds to PM's quickly and i'm sure he will be glad to get you anything you need

Finally talked to ryan and he answered my questions.He is sending my missing pieces and yes he sounds very busy.Ryans not a bad guy just overworked i guess.

 

motor is cool mate but he blew it after 5000 miles or so

bmw replaced it for him , since that its been fine, he used to rip the car apart everyday, thats what happens when u give a kid a car he cant control

 

These m3's have some serious engine issues. My friend got his motor replaced as well.

 

Yes, the best way to get a hold of us is through email. We usually always have someone on the phones M-W-F. You guys are going to love these kits.

 

Whys it seem that RnR always has a comunications problem? You guys should hire some extra help.

 

I hope they work on the quality of their products. I had their 02 elimanator dp and it did not fit well. bad weld job. so I had to get rid of it. the dp looked like someone welded pieces of a dp to fit.

 

The quality of all our products has come a long long ways. As you can see by some of the pics on this site we put out nothing but the best now. This has been reported by several customers on here.


Also we are not in the shop on most weekends. Usually out at the track or at some event.
