ok once again my car is bone stock. I saw my boost gauge peak to 22psi in 3rd gear. What could be causing this. Its going to the dealer . I am not getting on the car at all at this point.

faulty boost solinoid, restrictive exhaust system, cut boost line, damaged wastegate actuator

Boost solenoid, broken/leaking hoses. Check/tighten all connections.

unrestrictive exhaust system causes boost creep in stis, so i'd say unrestrictive not restrictive.
