Evo MR / FQ upgrade

and read this:
To get an extra 30bhp, the FQ330 has a supplementary ECU hardwired to the FQ300 engine management system and a revised waste-gate actuator ferrule, which increases turbo boost at peak pressure.
What kind of difference has this ECU compared with the stock one?
Is possible to change the stock waste-gate for this "upgraded" FQ version?
Regarding the MR version:
The only thing I know is that the blow off valve(on the way...) and shocks are different. Another part that I don't know?
Objective: Upgrade my car with OEM Mitsubishi high performance parts.
