Why did you get a 6 puck? Even John Shepherd runs a street disc in his 8 second drag car.

6-pucks chatter. There isn't a whole lot more to it.

A street disc will chatter at first, but that will go away once the clutch is broken in.

Does it chatter at idle? My RRE clutch with an organic disc chatters like crazy at idle. It chatters/buzzes loudly when I decel from 60mph or more. I thought it would improve over time, but it's getting worse.

My 6-puck has broken in well and it's quite good for the road now. It's still a bit tricky in traffic (you've got to give the car in front a head start...) but I'm RARELY in traffic, and I like the clutch.

I've never heard of a clutch "chattering" during deceleration. I've driven many 5 & 6 puck clutches I even had a 5 puck in my WRX the only time you can witness "chatter" is durring engagement because the compound of the friction matierial isn't allowing the disc to slip so it skipps and grabbs across the flywheel and pressure plate thus creating chatter. If you car is doing this durring decel there is probably some other issue

hmmm 6 puck why? I went to a dealer once and the kid installed a ACT 6 puck. He was there to replace his transfer case the clutch did a number on his transmission. The clutch had to be removed and he had to get another one. Why wouldnt you go with a street disk.
