300 miles new clutch slipping

About a month and a half ago i was getting on the highway, I was in second gear trying to excelerate and my car just felt worthless. Then it just took off, i mean i never felt it take off like that and then i could smell my clutch. Just great I had burned out the clutch. I took it to the dealer and they said it was my waste gate so they replaced it and said my car was fine, drove it off the lot and as soon i gave it gas it would rev real high real quick and then just just fall back down and then slowly climb. So, i turned back around and to the dealer. Than they told me I needed a clutch, So i let them put it in cause mitsu paid for the clutch but i had to pay for the labor. so now about two and half weeks later and 400 more miles on it I can smell the clutch real bad and when i first got the car back the clutch pedal had a real bad vibration to it ( when the clutch was almost engaged) but now the pedal dosnt vibrate but the clutch always smells and this time I really baby my evo cause i am afraid of the clutch going. What do you guys think?

Maybe they didn't resurface your flywheel or replace it. Can you ask the service manager?

They did resurface it. Maybe it's not broken in yet?

I would take it back to the dealer ASAP before they have a chance to say you did something to it.If you paid for it to be fixed they should have fixed it.Also with only 300 miles on it it must have been driven superhard to blow out the clutch. Was this a demo model you bought? Maybe the test drives or the sales reps burnt it up? Anyway 300 miles and a clutch going out either is due to a big problem with the car or to many clutch drops by someone.
Best of luck I know you gotta be pissed to have a new Evo and have these problems

Take it back to them again. Sounds like installation error or they didnt even change the clutch. Be sure they replaced both the clutch plate and the pressure plate, one of the mechanics might have tried taking a short cut and save the dealership some parts cost.
