Apex'i Airbox questions
 

I was looking at the Apex'i airbox and it looks to be a nice unit. I was just wondering for those who have this or are in the know, where exactly does it draw its air from? Also, does it have the same airflow metering problems experienced with other open-air elements like the HKS Suction and K&N Typhoon systems, causing lean conditions?

The "Box" is only two sides of it, the side near the intake and on top. So its not a complete box, but a box with only 2 sides. It draws air from under the hood, but with the heatsheild, those temps are reduced over other open air filters.
