USDM exhaust fit on JDM's?
 

Greetings guys!
I am helping a friend get an exhaust system for his 2001 JDM EVO 7.

He wanted something more special like a HKS carbon-ti exhaust or the greddy ti.

I found that importing the exhaust from the US is cheaper then from japan and that some of them are different like how there is no such thing as the HKS 30th anniversary model or the carbon-ti in Japan. Even the Greddy ti looks different, and has a 70mm pipe dia instead of the USDM 80mm.

I know that there are some physical differences between USDMS and JDMS exhausts so my question is can I fit USDM's exhausts namely the ones mentioned on the JDM evo 7?

For US-spec catbacks, the tip will stick out a tad more since US cars have bumpers that are about an inch longer due to US safety regulations.
