Buschur's MAS pipe kit..

Dave,

Please explain why you didn't make the MAS pipe to have a nipple that would allow the hose from the boost control solenoid to attach to it like the stock MAS pipe has? I'm not understanding what to do with this hose and what it takes away from the car.

Buy a boost controller then you can just cap off the boost control solenoid. You would use a t-fitting to cut into the vacumn line between the bov and the intake, then cap off the nipples on the wastegate, turbo and boost control solenoid. I believe that they say to add one of those small breather filters to the hose otherwise!

Please don't cap off the wastegate, the boost controller get refrence from the bov feed line (vac/boost), so t into it and run the t-line to the boost control, then out of the boost control to the wastegate.

It isn't needed. That is just a safe place to connect it so that crap doesn't get in it. It needs to be open but doesn't need to be connected to anything. It is essentially a breather.
