IC piping that doesn't need mini-battery?
I am looking to get an upgraded intercooler in the future. But a lot of the upgraded piping with few bends require a mini battery. Is there any that can use the stock battery? I saw how many bends are in the upper IC pipe alone.

Yeah but those can be used with the stock intercooler. I am looking for a whole kit. Not to mention the ones you named still have unnecessary bends. Did you ever see how straight the piping is on Buschur's AMS, and Nisei? But they require a mini battery or relocation.

LPI with a ams or bushur fmic work great. The lower IC pipes are the ones that really matter not the upper.

LPI ic piping is very nice, it may have a few extra bends, but you have to unless you get a mini battery.

i tried logic upper ic pipe...it suppose to fit with stock battery in,,,but it didnt for me.....it was darn tight as hell.........
its better to go with mini battery if u want to have perfect set up... stock battery is too big and the clearance between ic pipe and battery is too small anyway.,... |

i have the Greddy kit and it fits with stock battery and stock air box

The Helix pipes are nice too. Way less bends than the stock piping. The fit with the stock battery is tight, but very possible.

Ask Extreme PSI, Road race enginering or Buschur, if you change the upper IP on a 2 Gen Eclipse you will get automaticly 2-3PSI. Yes, Upper IC pipes matters a lot when we talk about power. On a 2 Gen Eclipse the upper IC pipes are crushed, when you replace them you get more boost= more power I personally gained 1.5-2mph higher trap speed since I did AMS lower IC pipe and Buschur Upper pipe with 1 g BOV and Mini battery my .2c |
