The event that happened was one day after work I started my car & and it started ticking, it was cold as hell so I thought lifters, ok changed to oil blah blah week goes by.Ticking gets worse & the car has a miss at high RPM so.... Any idea what caused the damage? Was it the AEM EMS tune?

what caused the damage was buying a used EVO that no one knew history on.

did you notice anything abnormal with the head gasket?
