advanced my HKS 280's, ide now less lumpy???
 

When I had my tune done I had only one cam gear installed on the intake side on my 05 EVO. The lines didnt exactly line up at +2, but more like +1.80 or so...

so what I did was loosen the intake camgear bolts, put some locktite blue on the threads to prevent it from backing out and then set the cam gear directly at +2.

Anyhow, I let the locktite dry over night and then i started the car this evening, let the engine warm up and guess what? the idle sounds a lot less lumpy???

What gives?
