358 miles on engine and it's running rough..

I checked the IC piping and such because I know the 9's will blow them off sometimes... but it's running really rough, backfiring, feels like it's really working just to let the clutch out and get it running.. shuts off easily AND the service engine soon light is on.. do the pipes come all the way off when they blow? Or could one just be lose and I need to take it apart and look at it? It's under warranty, but driving it an hour just to fix something lame sucks. Any ideas?

Still sounds like a IC pipe. Did you check all the IC piping? Like the LICP or the post-IC pipe behind the driver side bumper (you cannot get to those without getting under(into) the undertray?

Whenever I blow mine off they are all the way off. Driving on it more and more is just going to foul up the 02 sensors.

where are you located? why not take it back to the dealer?

I just looked at the pipes from in front of the humper and they both look to be on.. I don't know if the pipe blew off somewhere else or if it's lose somewhere and I can't see it.

 Now is the "humper" the driver or the motor?

They could have blown off the clamps or the clamps are very loose. So under any boost they are expanding off the piping, giving you crappy driving.

I haven't driven it though.. I just started it up and it was missing and so forth and I thought it probably wasn't a good idea and I was pretty pissed, but then I remembered the pipes coming off sometimes so I wasn't sure if that was the case.. I just went out this morning and moved it because some guys were here doing some work.. it wasn't even under any extreme boost.

call the dealership and have them tow it and take a look. there shouldnt be any charge if its under warranty.

I don 't know if this has anything to do with it, but it's about 35 degrees here today... a brand new car should run correctly in pretty much any weather but I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not.
