Stock Exhaust Manifold and coating Q's

Does anyone have any hard numbers on the benefits of Porting AND Coating the stock exhaust manifold vs. Just porting it?

Same for things such as the hotside and O2 housing. I know the aftermarket O2 housings have shown good gains, but has anyone quantified the $/HP that is achieved by coating these items?

Reason I ask is because it seems like coating more than doubles the costs, but i'm guessing it does not double the HP gains.

Thanks,

Curtis

I am also interested in seeing some hard data regarding this...

obviously coating any of those parts doesnt add power it just keeps your underhood temps WAY down, which keeps your car running more consistent since your AIT's are in an optimal range because the air your intake is sucking in from underneath the hood is cooler. Bottomline, just do its a great mod, especially when your making pretty serious power and generating a lot of heat.
