Results From My HTA35R Turbo Kit From Buschur Racing!!

This set up is BAD ASS! Power comes on quicker and it doesn't appear to surge at all. That's awesome because this car is a daily driven. My old numbers are in my sig, I'll have to update those soon. Besides the parts I have listed below in my sig I also have drop in pistons, rods, springs, retainers, 65mm TB and ported intake mani.

The only change that was made before and after the dyno sheet below were the turbo kits and the exhaust mani. With my old 35R set up I used the cast mani. Both turbo's were pushing 34-35 psi on C16 during the tuning. Enjoy{thumbup}.

Here is the 93 and alky dyno sheet, this is how I daily drive the car. Dave surprised me and also tuned it on 93 octane only. I might just drop the alky kit and drive with 93 only since the numbers aren't bad at all for 30 psi pump gas only. Nah:lol:. I also run 30 psi with the alky on.

Dave, thanks for talking me into getting this kit. I'm really happy with it and it's made the car a better daily driving machine. I like to refer to my turbo as the Hot Tight Ass turbo kit:beer:

Thanks for looking going V8 Hunting...{thumbup}

more details on this kit? how is this different from their normal 35r? or is it the same thing, what does the HTA stand for?

Very impressive over 100ft/lb increase at certain points and full boost under 5k very awesome!!

looks like a 3065 graph. Very impressive!!

I like how your torque flattens out and your hp never peaks. This is how a dyno chart is suppose to look like.{thumbup}

pics of the engine bay please!!!

Hotside exhaust?

Hotsides were both .82 with and without hta?I thought the non hta gt35r was .63 from buschur.
Thanks,

Wow, that spool up is amazing. It really turns the whole concept of big turbo lag on its head.

Yes it does. I'll probably do what VWjeff did to show his spool up of him driving around.

I'm going to review your graph a bit more in depth once i get to the shop and compare to my set-up's graph {thumbup}

Thanks for posting it.

I love my reg 35R on the shearer mani but wouldn't mind a bit more usable street power :cool:

What do you have fuel wise?

I'd also like to know what happens when you push it into the 40psi range as that's what i plan to do if i keep the 35R after the 2nd FP goes in.
