Boost problems. Will not see past 0psi

Alright, so after a long wait i get my car back from having some tranny issues. Well last night i install ETS upper and lower IC piping, 3.5 ETS IC, IX turbo, EPM o2 dump. ETS intake and hallman MBC. Well today i get it started up and go for a drive. All to find out it will NOT boost past 0 psi. It might see 2-3 then it stops and acts like there is an IC pipe loose. I have gone through all the piping check all the clamps and EVERYTHING is tight. I also have the hallman hooked up correctly as some of you might add to check. I even went back to stock boost lines and still the same problem. So after fighting it for 3.5 hours i have finally stopped as i cant figure it out. Does anyone have any sort of idea what this could be?

Could you post up a pic of your setup? If you have some time you can try to build a leak tester?

This works really well since you can hear all the leaks with the car off.

How does the car run with no boost? Does it want to stall out?

Car runs fine when not in boost, and idles just fine as well. Only time it wants to stall out is if you give it gas and let off the clutch real fast. Due to the cams that are in it and not being tuned yet. But that is the only time it does stall out except for when it hits boost.

Sounds like the actuator may not be connected to the wastegate flapper.

or like me, you need to switch your mbc because its backwards

Check vac lines too. Could have wiggled out on you.

Actuator is connected, all vaccum lines are in place.

Sounds stupid but...could be a blockage in the intake plumbing?
Maybe accidentaly stuffed a rag in one of the intercooler pipes.

I'd probably take all the pipes out and re-check everything.

Ok, I've encountered this exact situation before, what you need to do is *push* the accelerator pedal (that's the one on the right) *ALL* the way down to the floor, and then hold it. :D

Seriously, do a boost leak test.

Then, hook up a compressor to the line going to your WGA, and apply pressure, then release it, then apply pressure, then release it. Make sure the arm is actuating properly, and double check your boost controller plumbing.
