GT35R Turbo Upgrade Question
 
Im going to upgrade my turbo to a complete gt35r turbo kit. My question is: what brand should I go for? RNR, ATP or AMS complete turbo kit. Also what type of injectors should I use with these setups?

Full-race has really nice kits. But then again, you can never go wrong with a BR kit. AMS is just as good though.

what type of gas are you going to tune it on? its not like you can just slap a turbo kit on and be done.

are you doing pump gas? c16? q16? e85?, do you plan on running meth as well?
Are you going to run an AEM EMS, or stay stock ecu?

There are alot of determinants

I will be going with pump gas only for now and trying to use stock ECU. I know that its not a kit you just "slap on".

i would suggest doing just pump gas on a 35r, i did and i regret it lol. Personally id just go with an FP Red on pump gas and make some really good numbers.

If you REALLY want a GT35r on pump and stock ecu, dont go over 880cc injectors or it will run like crap, since its very hard to scale big injectors on stock ecu. And i would still go with Buschurs HTA 35r kit.

I would like to disagree with Pure Playaer on the 880cc because Chris from Ams tuned my buddy with a Ams GT35R, 880cc, Meth, stock Ecu(Flash) and with all the bolt on and it ran perfectly. But it was with Meth also. Just give Ams a called...
