Some things I did over winter...

Well after Finishing my Garage at my new house. It was time to Do a little few things to the car ths winter that I didnt get to before.
First was to Install my mustache bar eliminator kit, this makes the rear end solid and saves a good 15+ lbs, Next was some shifting bushings,
and a lower clutch line.
Then it was time to get ride of some usless brakets and such, and remove my intake manifold to get ready for my new one.

How about more info on the fabbed motor mount?

jbergmeier Mar 9, 2009 03:40 PM

The motor mount is a Custom unit. It saves 4lbs off the stock one, is made of S.S. but is 100% solid. I would only recomend it to someone that has a solid front motor mount, like the AMS one. This is a prototype one off as well. A Jig was made, but some modifications need to be made if there is to be more made.

Curious why you removed the ABS?

Maybe you can get a parachute instead; your car definetly looks to be fast enough to warrant one :D.
