Amazing... {bored}
What size turbo is it?? It looks decently big from what I can see.. -John |
Got any bigger pics? Looks insane.

There'd better be a heat sheild in a completed installation. A lot of stuff would burn up if you ran it the way the pictures show.
|
i asked them about the heatshield...they said that the manifold will be HPC coated to 2000F. have you ever tried this coating? it's amazing. you can actually work under the hood after the car had been on a hard hard run! you can braise the manifold with your arm and it won't burn you! :guitar:

can you use that kinda turbo on an OZ?
|
$5000 seems a little expensive, hks kits go for $5000 too.
|
I think its a good price for everything! It even comes with a nice ext. wastegate.
|
so does hks kit

The HKS kit can be had for $4200 USD. The UR kit looks like good quality and I'm sure it makes more power than the smaller 3037, but $5000 is a tad too much without included fuel components.
Bushur is working on the manifold that will allow us to bolt on most foward rotating turbo's like the DSM's use, and the price in his thread was near the $2500 range w/o fuel components. AMS has theorized around low $4000 for their complete kit. Not trying to start a flame war with UR, the kit looks completely bad ass. |
Avatar makes a good point.
