Shift at 7200 7300 rpm 19 psi bad?

Is it Safe to REV the engine ova 7000 RPM with BOOST at 19 ?
Becuase ever since I got my E01 installed I ALWAYS end up shifting at 7200 7300 RPM cuz the POWER just keeps going.
Can someone tell me can the stock engine take this kind of abuse?

Even with my SHIFT light set at 6800 rpm I still always end up going ova 1st gear just seems so damn fast .

i shift at 7300-7400 when at the tracks, other than that i shift at 3k to save gas hehe.

Remeber this is with 19 PSI to 7200 7300 rpm not stock do you think our engine is GOOD enough to handle this ?
