Question.. My evo feels like it's losing power

Well I recently got my EVO up and running again, got my transmission fixed and it is running good. Though, I noticed my clutch is acting up. I got an ACT clutch, haven't been beating it since I had the car, but after I had tranny issues, the clutch been acting up. I guess for instance when at a complete stop, from 1st to 2nd, you can hear the clutch "grind" or make noise... is that my clutch or my tranny? My tranny is solid i believe because it doesn't grind while I shift or downshift. I tested the car too by doing a quick launch, it doesn't seem to catch or pull like it did before my tranny was repaired. As i'm driving I tried hitting high RPMS just to see if it pulls, it lacking power, and i mean a lot of power =/ Is this my clutch failing? What is best for an outcome like this? I'm car savvy but I don't have the tools and the time to actually take things apart. I only have so much knowledge for now on a setup... I'm still learning. Any tips or advice?

Does it sound like its slipping, and then catching on?
Any smell?

Might be your clutch..
Or losing compression, meaning a motor rebuild is in your way.. NOT good.
Or your Turbo's going out..

Lots of things can be wrong.
I suggest a video and we could help you out as much as possible, as, right now we do not have enough information.

I dont think a clutch will make the car feel likes its losing power unless its just slipping like crazy. I would do a compression check
