im running PTE 1000's and i cant tell the difference between stock and my 1000's there is nothing different and im on stock ecu, its all about the tuner! 4ws ftw!

my buddy has 1000cc on stock ecu.. no problems.. u must have a good tuner as i wasn't able to get the car to run to save my life

I have a set of 1000cc injectors waiting to go in with stock ECU...I hope to have no problems like everyone else...From what I have read even 1200cc on stock ECU is good but all depends on the tuner...anything bigger then 1200cc i think doesn't work well...ill report back once mine are installed and tuned...

bevolucion Jul 17, 2009 02:17 PM

FIC 1050's, zero issues on pump gas or E85, even in the dead of winter in MN (-40°F), the height of summer (+100°F). Cold starts, warm starts, hot starts, 40 miles round trip to/from work every day, it works. If it doesn't work, its a tuning or mechanical issues :)
