Spool difference between GT4094r vs Precision's Billet BB 6765

I was trying to figure out the spool (midrange) difference between a GT4094r and the Precision Billet Ball-Bearing 6765 in a T4 non-twin scroll application. I seen a noticeable difference in midrange between a GT4094r and a journal bearing Billet 6765 but using a twin scroll manifold. Which one is laggier? Thanks in advance for your input.

Good question.

I would think a single scroll 4094 would be horrible.

I wouldn't even consider a gt4094r compared to a 6765...

The 4094R only comes divided doesn't it? If so, and that divided manifold is used with a manifold designed for an undivided housing, yeah, it's going to spool like crap.

Personally though, I'd either go 4088R or 4294R.

I know the 6765 makes more power. But I prefer a better powerband at this point that gets me 700whp around 30psi. I don't have a twinscroll manifold so the benefit of using that setup to better spool the GT4094r doesn't exist.

I would go with the 6765 all day then...in either case.

any other insight on this?

why are you using a singlescroll t4 manifold? what are your goals?
