What Sensor is this? (Pic Inside)

What sensor is this? I think I remember taking it out of the back of the block near the TB but I don't remember exactly. Any Insight would be helpful!

Awesome Thank you! There are a few different holes it fits into on the back of the motor where I recall pulling it from. Would you happen to remember where it went??
