Misfires when cold

Well it is hard to pinpoint when my car started acting up, but I think that it was around the same time I put cams. Anyways, my car is an Evo IX with all the bolts on, IC, GSC s1 cams, injectors, plus a lot more)
I noticed that when the car is cold (sitting over night) I get crazy misfires when I try to drive it. If I was going to guess it happens around 60-90 load when I just try start moving in first with a little bit of gas. The car pretty much just starts leaning out because of the misfires and want to die.

The afr in that area in stock. What I did notice the plugs are getting fouled, sort of. The ground strap and electrode looks fine, but the round base is really dark. To me that is an indication of rich idle, but my wideband say I'm at 14.7-15 like always.

I'm thinking about getting a COP kit to get a better spark in there and hopefully cure my problem, but I would like to figure out what is causing to begin with.

lets cover basics. Tune, boost leak test, fresh spark plugs.

Tune should be good. I see my AFR, ignition and boost is in check. Put down 370whp on stock turbo and pump 93. Leak test was done about 3 months ago. I can redo it but my vacuum nad boost levels look good. Plugs..... well that is the problem. I put in new 1 step colder plugs and within 2 weeks they were shot. Black base ring, car misfired ALOT, more knock. Threw the stocker back on (only have about 10k miles on them). Car was fine, couple weeks later same thing happened.
