Need some help please Transmission won't shift

Hey guys I really need some advice on this. I was driving today and the transmission wouldn't come out of 5th gear it was real stiff. I recently did a clutch job. The car will shift through the gears. But it seems like it stuck in one gear.. I can go in reverse and it will move but in any other gear nothing.

I would start with some fluid, I'd say you'll be alright... unless you put some crazy amount of miles on it...

500 miles with almost no trans fluid is actually a lot. I would not only be concerned about the lack of shifting but also every bearing in the transmission as well as the sliders, synchros, gears, hubs, everything really. PM me if you need any help with this.

Check the shifter bushings and the shifter safety lankage to make sure everything is lined up and in place. It happened to me but it was the first gear.

no fluids will cause your tranny to lock up. bearings get too hot and seize. trust me, that happened to me. get that ish resolved asap.
