6262 Comp Wheel for my Garrett GT35R
I would like to fit a PTE Billet 6262 Compressor wheel to my Garrett GT35R , can i use my Garrett Anti-Surge Comp Cover or do i need to swap to a PTE version and where can i buy these parts? I like the idea of using a genuine garrett chra and .82 exhaust housing. thanks

If you are going to change the wheel your best bet by far is to call Forced Performance. I think $600 USD you get an HTA86 wheel, which out flows and spools the PTE 6262.

i'd like to stick to the 6262 wheel i feel it will spool quicker on my set-up.Anyone?

You can:
a. Send your 35R to FP for an HTA upgrade b. Sell your 35R and buy a PTE6235Rsp its basically a GT35R with a 62 billet wheel I hear Blouch also offer a Billet Wheel Version of the GT35R regards Sal . |
PTE6235Rsp is a precision chra which i don't want and a precision turbine housing that i don't want.
Just want the 6262 billet wheel which i have seen it can be done. |
I think you have it wrong. The 6235 is a genuine garrett CHRA with the 6262 compressor wheel aka FS 635

Can anyone supply me a 6262 billet comp wheel?
|
Precision can upgrade just the billet wheel, i've had it done for numerous customers of mine.
