What are these parts?
 

Received my upgraded trans and xcase and when we went to install it, noticed a few things missing and need them replaced. The shop will remain not mentioned until i contact them, but not sure what the actual part names are.
First off:

The "plug" on the transmission used to slide the clutch fork assembly out.

Second:

The "heat shield" on the end section of the transfer case.

If they don't replace it, I'm hoping I can just order these parts online. Thanks in advance. P.S. I stole the transmission pics from a for sale ad here, only pic I could find showing the actual plug.
