GSC S2's with BC valve spings ?

I know that GSC suggests their beehive springs to use with S2's but I'm interested if BC springs with their Ti retainers will work ok too ?

thanks in advance for suggestions

This. Because they make horrible parts that are made in China. Anything that's inside my motor, I want it to be made here in the US.

There is quite a bit of misinformation on the forums these days. The BC springs are made by PAC RACING SPRINGS in Michigan.

I run BC Spring/Retainers in my car with S2s, and they are more than sufficient, and the springs have been in the car for 40K+ miles.

gsrboi80 Jan 9, 2012 09:21 AM

I have had BC Springs and retainers in my car for over 70k. Non issue

dastallion951 Jan 9, 2012 07:34 PM

ive had bc springs/retainers with hks cams for 30k, swapped s2s in now have over 10k, shifting at 8k, dont listen to fanboy nutswingers, there fine, if you read the specs on the single spring/retainers, compare them to other companies, youll see there fine, unless there installed wrong.
