Tial BOV Spring?

So I'm gonna be ordering my front mount soon and was wondering which spring I should order with my Tial. I'm getting the QR since I'm still on the factory MAF. I'll be on stock turbo with S2 cams.

you pull how much vacuum at idle?

The car is currently on stock cams and it's close to -20 at idle

Btw don't cams bring it up to around -15?

s2's are a big cam. they should bring the idel to about -10 to -12

i'd start with the -8, you might need to go down to -6
