They're Fixing it!

I took my car to a Mitsu dealer today. The tech (Jason) was a great driver, uncovered all of the 5th gear (reverse too, it uses the same syncro apparently?) problems. They are putting in my Cusco clutch, no powertrain warranties are void (!) apparently and they're doing it all for close to free! Im ecstatic. Great people.

My experience in Riverside, California was similar. They charged my $100 to install the clutch plus $30 to resurface the flywheel.
