I'm about to go redyno. How far should i push my stock engine

my stock engine and car has 120,000 miles. For the majority of the engines and cars life it has been at 400whp running 91 octane. I drive a lot!!!! I drive the car 100+ miles a day with ac in stoap and go traffic. I take long trips in the car and I even drag and autocross the car a few times a year. So far at this power level and setup the car has been dead reliable.

Its more or less a hta gt3582r turbo with a full race twin scroll manifold with all supporting mods.

I just swapped out the hks 272 cams for gsc s2 cams and valve springs. I'm going to go redyno this week on 91 octane and I will also get an e85 tune.

Now my setup is cabable of 700+whp. I don't want the car to blow up. It will be driven on 91 octane 99% of the time.

How far should I push it on e85?? 450whp? 500whp? 550?

be more worried about torque if anything, especially if you're dragging and autoxing on the weekends. i would personally stay around 400tq, as for HP...you should be upper 4 or low 500. goodluck ;)

Good advice ^

Just retune and shoot for the same numbers. Did you swap cams to try and gain power?

I'm confused on what you have. The thread says "stock motor" but in your post you say you have all the supporting mods. If it's capable of 700+hp, then you shouldn't' have anything to worry about if you're staying at or below 500.
But like someone mentioned above, with E85 you're going to see a lot more torque. That's where you'll find your weak points in your build.

I meant my turbo setup is capable of 700+whp.
More of less I have a stock 120,000 miles block with a
Hta gt3582r, t4 1.06 divided hot side, full race twin scroll manifold. With all supporting mods.
