Found this Australian pdf file on Intercooler spray for the Evo VIII/IX.

Apparently they came with IC Spray...
even watched a youtube video earlier where an Aussie guy was doing an e85 tune and he was messing with the IC Spray button (located near cupholder).

Just curious. Had never even knew about it. {pcfreak}
