4g64 head gasket recommendations

I have a built 2.4 with a big valve cosworth head, it is pushing coolant when i hit full boost. So it currently has the cometic MLS gasket .51 thick with the cosworth studs. I don't know if the tune, studs, or gasket were the issue. Either way I am debating on what gasket to use, and whether I should go with either the l19 or 625 custom aged studs? I just don't want to have to deal with this again... At least for a while.

If u are running a 2.4, what gasket are you using, what power are you putting out, and how long has it lasted you so far?

Im running the l19 studs and stock evo 8 gasket. 45psi no problem. I had the gasket bored with the build and had an extra one made as well. 650whp only 1000 miles on it so far.

What kind of dyno did u put down 650whp? And SD or MAF?

I was hoping that was on a mustang dyno with that much boost.

So the cosworth went out, or it didn't go out. Haha, kinda confused on ur comment. AMS dosnt sell their gasket any more.

Not trying to bring a thread up from the dead but what gasket did you end up going with?

The Norris design option seems to be reliable with the H11 stud kit

Looks like they use a cosworth gasket.
