So without this relay, is your ACD working? Are all 3 lights lit on your dash?

I’m putting an evo 9 back together. I’m used to 8, not 9. I already have the relay coming. So I can’t say the lights were on lol https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.evo...85f317477.jpeg
