ARP Mainstuds for 4g63 - can't find anywhere!
Hi there,
I am a UK Evo IX GT owner. I'm trying to find a set of new ARP mainstuds for my engine build. The part number is 207-5401. Any help would be hugely appreciated. |
They car on backorder every where. Last ETA I saw is next week ish. But they missed their last 7-8 ETA's starting in october.

I would be wary of buying on Ebay when ARP themselves have been out of stock for 4 months.

yeah but its worth checking. I believe several inventories and warehouses are connected somehow and all these ebay middlemen are making money finding the buyers, many times they dont even know where its going to come from. it could be where STM/MAP/Autozone/Oreilley/etc is pulling inventories from as well. I used to go straight to the "mom&pop" parts store and their inventory is quiet amazing

Note that there's 7 available but that's when the ad was posted. Best you can do is have the seller confirm or just buy & get your money back next day

They're on back order with STM and MAP also.
They're also on back order with Summit Racing/Atech motorsports (one of the largest distributors) and Turn14 (another huge distributor). So, again, I'd be very wary of Ebay stuff as it is known for knock off crap to get sold on there. I currently have zero in stock. The last motor I built got my "machine shop" set, so my 4g engine program is on hold until I get more in. And its not from a lack of searching for them |
