I have the Ultimate Racing 3" hi-flow cat, with their 3" downpipe & the Greddy 3" Titanium catback exhaust, it's great!

How much louder are these "high flow" cats than the stock piece? I'd like to add a high flow cat to my Works turboback, but dont want the car to be louder than it is now...
