I think my front right rotor is probably warped. Is it a problem to just have all 4 resurfaced? Also any more reviews on the Project Mu Ns pads? And any other recommendations for a great break pad? Anyone here trying the Ferodo's?

Thanks

The ferrodo DS2500 are in my opinion the best street/track pads out there. There is really no compromise with the pads. I used them in my STI frequently at the track and on the streets. They have very low tendency to dust. I just bought a set for the MR and tried them on the track once. All I have to say is that they ar incredible. I also have to say that I did not experience any brake fades with the stock pads so I have to say that the stock pads are satisfactory in my book but because I'm constantly on the track, there is no way that I'm going to fork out 440 for front pads. Ferrodo DS2500 all the way. I bought the front and rear set for 230 bucks. Interestingly enough, you can interchange the STI pads for the EVO pads and vice versa.

Oh by the way it took me 10 minutes per wheels to replace the pads and rotor. I found the Racingbrake rotors to be the sh*T.

The brake lines are a good upgrade and provides excellent pedal feel. The first time you brake, you will say to yourself, holysh*T. brake pedal travel is decreased.

as far as the break pads, I sent you a PM.

Where can we get the Ferrodo pads for $230 (for all 4 corners)??

The Mach V link seems to say teh stock Brembo pads are really Ferodo.

The factory pads may be manufactured by Ferodo, but the friction material certainly isn't the same formulation as a DS2500. The OEM formulation will barely last through one day at the track. It's great on the street with good initial bite and low temperature performance but these same characteristics mean it's totally outclassed on a track.

I don't plan to be on the track so maybe I will just stick with the stock Brembo pads.
