I have both I am at work right now I will try and post it up when i get home tonight if its not up yet.
The article is not all that great its just picture of a evo with a bunch of quotes about how great it is then on the next page they have the typical stats and a little write up I was not all that impressed they hype it up on the cover. The better article is the one where they race a MR against a STI.

For the base MSRP of $30,499 (including destination), you get all-wheel drive, Brembo four-wheel disc brakes, front and real anti-roll bars, a 276-hp, 2.0-liter four-cylinder with a twin-scroll turbocharger, a front strut-tower brace, farged aluminum suspensioni, recaro front bucket seats, a Momo steering wheel, aluminum hood and front fenders, and 17 inch Yokohama tires mounted on ultralightweight forged Enki alloy wheels. i think you need to start reading more - ALL '05 Evolutions (RS, MR, GSR) have 276 and 286 lb tq.
